Terms of Service

Savi Schedule is a resource planning and decision support service operated by Savi Gurus LLC, a Missouri limited liability company.  Using the service means agreeing to these terms.

Access

Accounts are provisioned by invitation or through an accepted onboarding request.  You sign in with a Microsoft or Google work identity;  your firm's administrators control which roles you hold.  Keep your sign-in to yourself and tell us promptly about any suspected compromise.

Your data

Planning data your firm enters remains your firm's property.  We process it only to provide the service, as described in the Privacy Policy.  On offboarding, we will export or delete your firm's data on request.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to reach data outside your own tenant, probe or overload the service, resell access, or use the service for anything unlawful.  Security research is welcome only under the rules in our disclosure policy.

Availability and changes

We aim for the service to be available and correct, and we release changes deliberately, but the service is provided as-is and we do not promise uninterrupted availability.  Projections produced by the scheduling engine are planning aids, not guarantees of delivery dates.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Savi Gurus LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service, and our total liability is limited to the amounts paid for the service in the twelve months before the claim.

Termination

You may stop using the service at any time.  We may suspend or terminate access that violates these terms, with notice to your firm's administrator when practical.

Changes to these terms

We will give at least 30 days notice by email before any material change to these terms takes effect.  Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.  Before filing any formal claim, both sides agree to try in good faith to resolve the dispute informally for at least 60 days, starting with a written notice to anthony.plaster@savigurus.com.  Any action that follows shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in St. Louis County, Missouri.
