Privacy Policy
Savi Schedule is operated by Savi Gurus LLC ("we"). This page says what we collect, why, how long we keep it, and who to contact. The plain summary: we collect what the product needs to work, we sell nothing, we track nobody, and your firm's planning data belongs to your firm.
What we collect
- Account data. Your name, work email, and the sign-in identifiers provided by Microsoft Entra ID or Google. We never see or store a password.
- Planning data your firm enters. Clients, projects, tasks, and the people being scheduled: names, working hours, time off, and, where your firm uses them, hourly rates. Rates are visible only to roles your administrators grant.
- Request-access submissions. If you ask to join through our request form: your name, work email, firm, and what you tell us about your situation, along with the campaign parameters on the link you arrived from.
- Support reports. What you write in a bug report, plus the page you were on and your browser version.
- Audit records. Changes to data are logged with who made them, so your own administrators can review activity in your tenant.
What we do not collect
No advertising identifiers, no cross-site trackers, no cookies on our public pages. Analytics on public pages use Plausible, which is cookie-free and builds no visitor profiles. Fonts and page assets are served from our own domain; the one third-party request on public pages is Plausible's analytics script, which sets no cookies and builds no visitor profiles.
How we use it
To operate the service, secure it, respond to your requests, and nothing else. We do not sell personal data, we do not share it for advertising, and we use planning data only to provide the product to the firm that entered it.
How long we keep it
- Audit records: 365 days, then purged automatically.
- Request-access submissions: purged 180 days after being declined or onboarded.
- Closed support reports: purged after 365 days.
- Account and planning data: for the life of the account, then removed on request or offboarding.
Who touches the data
The service runs on Microsoft Azure in the United States, with encrypted storage and managed backups. Our subprocessors: Microsoft Azure (hosting and database), Microsoft and Google (sign-in only), Plausible (cookie-free analytics on public pages), and GitHub (source code, which contains no customer data).
Your rights
Regardless of where you live, we extend the same rights to every user: to access a copy of the data we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, and to receive it in a portable format. We do not sell personal data and we do not use it for targeted advertising, so there is nothing to opt out of. Exercising a right never changes how the service treats you.
Signed-in users can exercise most of these rights directly in the app: download a copy of your data or erase your account from the account menu, and delete a support report you filed from the app itself. Your name and email come from your Microsoft or Google sign-in and are corrected there.
For anything else, email anthony.plaster@savigurus.com with the subject line "Privacy Request". We respond within 45 days and may ask you to verify your identity first. Deletion requests cover account data, request-form submissions, support reports, and audit entries within our retention rules; planning data entered by your firm is your firm's record, so we route those requests through your administrator.
Changes
We will notify firms with active accounts by email at least 30 days before any material change to this policy takes effect. The date above always reflects the most recent revision.
